Product Description

The design of the Samsung GALAXY S4 defies what's possible. The incredibly-wide FULL HD Super AMOLED screen fits perfectly within an extraordinarily slim bezel that's encased in a special polycarbonate body, making this the lightest and most sophisticated GALAXY yet. Inside the S4, is 2GB of RAM, up to 64GB of storage, 4G LTE supported up to 100Mbps down and 50Mbps up, features a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU running at 1.9GHz. Around the back is a 13-megapixel camera, with a two-megapixel lens on the front. The S4 includes a number of photographic features such as picture-in-picture video recording, which allows users to record 1080p high-definition movies with the rear camera, while a thumbnail video of the person holding the phone is overlaid on top. The same goes for still images. Building on eye-detection first used in the S3, the S4 includes a feature called Smart Pause. This is exclusively used when watching video, and allows the phone to automatically pause a movie when the user looks away, and unpause it when their eyes return to the screen. A modified capacitive touchscreen allows the S4 to recognize fingertips without them being placed directly on the screen. Up to a distance of roughly two centimeters, the phone can react to the position of a finger, allowing it to display previews of emails within a messaging client for example.
