HELP RILEY

As most of you know by now I am a photographer for Kids Modeling Magazine and had opportunity to talk or work with many of model's parents, boutique owners and other photographers so far. But yesterday, if I remember correct Mommasbows contacted us about Riley and I want to share Riley's story with everybody. And if you can help Riley in anyway even better and THANK YOU!

So here is RILEY'S STORY:
Riley Maria is a beautiful girl who was born on June 12, 2010. Upon the first meeting with her pediatrition, he noticed some things that worried him, so she was sent to Cincinnati Children's the next day. After several bone scans and a sacral dimple ultrasound, a diagnosis was given: Chondrodysplasia Punctata, which is a genetic disorder that affects the skeletal system, skin, eyes, and mental functioning. The doctor referred Riley to a Genetic Specialist and an Orthopedic surgeon, and told her parents to enjoy their little girl while they could because, based on the research he had read, she wouldn't live long.
Over a year later, Miss Riley is going strong, but in addition to Chondrodysplasia Punctata, she also has several blood disorders and an early diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. In August, 2011, she she received her first chemotherapy treatment, and in October will have major surgery and will be placed in a Hip SPICA cast for 12 weeks. Even though she is starting to lose her hair, her health and has never been stable, her mom, Heidi, says she has the best attitude, lust for life and happiness. Her smile warms a room; her giggles melt your heart.
Riley can use any formula checks as well- Similac, Gerber Goodstart and Enfamil as she will be on formula until she's almost 3 and her formula is a special order. She also uses huggies diapers and wipes and pampers wipes.
