Regular Session Fee: $175.00
Non-refundable Session Fee secures your Session and covers photographer’s time, ideas, passion, talent, travel, shooting, editing & includes:
- For up to 4 people, $20 per additional person.
- An online gallery of an average 15-50 pictures for your viewing available for 7 days.
- Covers photographer's time only.
- Sessions can last anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours.
- Prints are not included.

Digital images, printed photos and/or other products are sold separately
Please note that some locations do have a location fee which will be an additional cost.
*Client is responsible for fees related to location choice (parking, admission, etc.).

Mini Sessions: $100.00

- 20-30 minute session.
- Online gallery for viewing of an average 5-10 pictures for 5 days.

A year of family’s life session $1000.00 includes:

- 4 individual family photo sessions (spring, summer, fall and winter photo-shoot) 1 to 2 hours on location
- An online gallery of an average 50 - 100 pictures for your viewing available for 10 days for each individual family photo session.
- storyboard/collage including pictures from each session at the end of the year

Newborn session $175.00
Included in your birth photography session:

- Newborn’s session within the first two weeks of birth.

Baby’s first year session - BABY $1000.00
Included in your baby’s first year session:

- An online gallery of an average 15-50 pictures for your viewing available for 10 days for maternity + newborn’s sessions.

My Style:
I am very relaxed and easy going - newborn‘s, baby, maternity, couples, sport, family, party and wedding photographer.
I am on-location photographer (your home, urban setting, park,…).
I let you be yourself and try to capture your personality in the photo-shoot..
I like working with natural light.
I believe in combination of free style and portrait posing in the photo-shoot.

Before the Session:
I am typically booked in advance, so it is important to call early to reserve a date and time. I like to discuss photo-shoot details, demands, desires, interests, opinions with my clients.

NEWBORN’S!!!
I recommend that you book your sessions for newborn’s while you are pregnant. By booking and paying for your session during pregnancy you will be guaranteed an opening in my schedule within the first 14 days after birth. This is the best time to get the details and highlights of every newborn’s picture perfect shots. We understand there is potential for early or late arrivals: we can and will accommodate each and every family’s needs.

We are offering:

Newborn session - session during first two weeks after birth.
Maternity + Newborn’s Session - maternity session between the 7th and 8th month and newborn’s session within the first two weeks of birth.
Baby’s first year session - consist 3 sessions within one year

MATERNITY!!!
Maternity sessions are best done between the 7th and 8th month because we can capture a beautiful round belly.
　
CELEBRATE FAMILY TIME!!!
Spend time with your family while we capture those moments forever with family photo-shoot!
Either is your child‘s 1st birthday, anniversary, a family reunion, first school day, .. we can create memories that your family will treasure for days to come.
　
Clothing:
Be prepare for the shoot and have fun! Have outfits planned - bring as many choices as possible and don’t be afraid of bright colors and unique accessories - these make and enhance the quality pictures. Let pictures show your personality, so feel free to bring items that are special for you and your family - hats, scarves, purses, favorite food, favorite toy, instrument, sport equipment, …
　
During the Session:

HAVE FUN!!! No rush at the session: Brigita makes sure to have adequate time for your entire photo-shoot. Please plan to model 1-2 hours for each session and 1-3 hours for newborn’s due to the immediate needs of infants.

After your session:
After the photo-shoot is complete - within a few days - you will be presented with an online gallery of an average 15-50 pictures for your viewing. The editing process usually takes some time - approximately two weeks. An online viewing gallery will remain active for 7 days during which time orders should be placed. . Once the order is received and paid in full, Brigita will complete the order and deliver products. Prints will be delivered to you approximately three weeks after your order is placed. Some products like custom album books may take longer.
Don't forget to keep an eye out for your sneak peek on the blog and facebook few days after your session.

Terms and Conditions:
Brigita T Alvarado Photography reserves the rights to all images. All images can be use by Brigita in any way (advertising, site updates, promotional materials). All images are copyright of Brigita T Alvarado Photography and it is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce images in any way.
Session fees are non-refundable and due to the nature of the product, all orders are final.
Prices, policies and products are subject to change without notice.
I do not include every single picture that I took during the session, the only images available are the images I have selected, processed and displayed in your gallery.
